精密(mi)齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條加工定制(zhi) 齒(chi)條是一種齒(chi)分(fen)布(bu)于條形體上的特殊齒(chi)輪。齒(chi)條也分(fen)直齒(chi)齒(chi)條和斜齒(chi)齒(chi)條,分(fen)別與直齒(chi)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)齒(chi)輪和斜齒(chi)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)齒(chi)輪配(pei)對使用(yong); 齒(chi)條的齒(chi)廓(kuo)為(wei)直線而非(fei)漸開線(對齒(chi)面(mian)而言則為(wei)平面(mian)),相當于分(fen)度圓(yuan)半徑為(wei)無窮大(da)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)齒(chi)輪。 齒(chi)條是與(yu)齒(chi)輪(lun)相配的一(yi)種條形零件。它(ta)等于直徑(jing)無(wu)限大的一(yi)個齒(chi)輪(lun)周緣的一(yi)段。一(yi)邊均勻分(fen)布著(zhu)許多齒(chi),與(yu)齒(chi)輪(lun)相嚙(nie)合,將(jiang)(jiang)轉動(dong)(dong)變為移(yi)動(dong)(dong),或將(jiang)(jiang)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)變為轉動(dong)(dong)。 (1) 由于齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)(kuo)為(wei)直線,所以齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)(kuo)上各點具有相同的壓力角(jiao)(jiao),且等(deng)于齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)(kuo)的傾(qing)斜角(jiao)(jiao),此(ci)角(jiao)(jiao)稱為(wei)齒(chi)(chi)形(xing)角(jiao)(jiao),標準值為(wei)20°,目前定(ding)位齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)多為(wei)斜齒(chi)(chi),齒(chi)(chi)形(xing)角(jiao)(jiao)19°31′42″。 (2) 與(yu)齒頂(ding)線(xian)平行的任一條(tiao)直線(xian)上具有(you)相同的齒距和模(mo)數。 (3) 與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)頂線(xian)平(ping)行且齒(chi)(chi)厚等于齒(chi)(chi)槽寬的(de)直線(xian)稱為(wei)分度線(xian)(中線(xian)),它是計算齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)尺寸的(de)基準線(xian)。 目前自動化設備主要以斜齒條為主,具有精度高、扭矩大等特點。
